01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ZD22 Game website, creating an account or placing any bet or wager in PKR, you confirm that you have read, fully understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete your registration on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all games, betting markets and services available on ZD22 Game, including Cricket and PSL betting, Football, Esports, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and the Game Lobby. If specific games or promotions have their own additional rules, those rules supplement — but do not replace — these general Terms.

ZD22 Game reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the effective date of the most recent revision at the top of this page so you can easily check whether anything has changed since your last visit.

02 Eligibility

You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements to register and use a ZD22 Game account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZD22 Game is an adults-only platform and we take the age restriction seriously.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any business, syndicate or third party.
• You must not be accessing ZD22 Game from a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting is restricted or prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a ZD22 Game employee or business partner in a role that gives access to non-public platform information.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied. ZD22 Game may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration

To access ZD22 Game's betting and gaming services, you must create a player account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal details including your name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address. You agree that all information provided is truthful, current and complete, and that you will update it promptly if anything changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. ZD22 Game uses multiple signals — including device fingerprinting, mobile number, payment details and IP address — to detect duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, both accounts will be suspended and any PKR balances may be voided pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Choose a strong, unique password for your ZD22 Game account and do not reuse it across other services. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ZD22 Game support immediately at [email protected].

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ZD22 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard Bank Transfer and selected debit/credit cards. Deposit processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. ZD22 Game does not apply hidden deduction fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount that will reach your JazzCash account, Easypaisa wallet or bank account, subject to any applicable withdrawal minimums.

• Minimum deposit: PKR 200 (subject to change — check the Deposit page for current limits).
• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500.
• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• ZD22 Game may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal if the account has not previously been verified.
• Deposits made during ongoing promotions may carry specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see section 6 for details.

ZD22 Game reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given an opportunity to respond.

05 Betting Rules

ZD22 Game offers betting markets across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), Football, Esports, Tennis and other sports. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.

Specific rules governing individual bet types, void conditions, dead heat rules, settlement procedures for abandoned matches and in-play betting restrictions are detailed within each betting market. Pakistani players are encouraged to review the market-specific rules displayed alongside each betting option before placing their stake.

• ZD22 Game reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error at incorrect odds.
• Where a Cricket or PSL match is abandoned, shortened or moved to a different venue, settlement will follow the specific sport rules applicable to that event type.
• In-play bets placed after an in-play event has already concluded — due to a delay in the player's connection — will be voided and the stake returned.
• The Platform may limit maximum bet stakes on specific markets at its discretion.

ZD22 Game's decision on all bet settlement matters is final. In the event of a genuine technical error during bet placement or settlement, the Platform reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly. We will communicate any such correction transparently to the affected player.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, ZD22 Game offers bonuses, free bets and promotional credits to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly when the promotion is offered. Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, the applicable multiplier and qualifying game types will be clearly stated.

• Bonuses may only be used for their intended purpose and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account suspension.
• ZD22 Game reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately and are not eligible for withdrawal.

If you are unsure whether a particular game or bet type qualifies towards a wagering requirement, contact ZD22 Game support before placing your wager. We would rather clarify upfront than deal with a dispute after the fact.

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

ZD22 Game operates on a principle of fair play for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the Platform:

• Using automated betting bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games, poker or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Attempting to manipulate match or game results through any means, including contact with players, officials or data providers.
• Using VPNs, proxies or other technical tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using ZD22 Game deposits and withdrawals to process illegally obtained funds.

ZD22 Game's security and risk teams monitor platform activity continuously. Any account flagged for suspicious behaviour may be suspended pending investigation, with communications sent to the registered mobile number or email. We take fair play seriously not just because it protects the Platform, but because it protects the majority of genuine Pakistani players who use ZD22 Game every day.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

ZD22 Game may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or match manipulation.
• A verified duplicate account on the Platform.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be marked as dormant.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may request this by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money PKR balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

09 Privacy and Data

ZD22 Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

Your data is used to operate and improve the ZD22 Game platform, process your PKR transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud and deliver relevant communications. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. All data is processed with appropriate security measures in place, including SSL encryption across all transactions and account interactions.

10 Responsible Gaming

ZD22 Game is committed to providing an entertaining, responsible gaming environment. We genuinely believe that the best players are those who set clear personal limits and stick to them — and we have built tools into the platform to help you do exactly that.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you deposit. Once set, limits can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a given period. The Platform will alert you when you approach this limit.
• Session Reminders: Set a time reminder so you receive a notification after you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gaming is becoming a problem, contact support to request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent closure.

ZD22 Game does not endorse or encourage problem gambling. If you feel that your gaming habits are causing financial, emotional or social harm, we encourage you to reach out to a support organisation and to use the self-exclusion option on your account. These tools are available at no cost and can be activated at any time.

11 Limitation of Liability

ZD22 Game provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. Whilst we invest heavily in platform reliability and uptime — particularly during major Cricket, PSL and T20 fixtures — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted, ZD22 Game shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical outages, connection failures or delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss resulting from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Errors in third-party data feeds (such as live Cricket scores used to settle in-play markets) where we have acted in good faith on the data received.

Nothing in these Terms limits ZD22 Game's liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ZD22 Game reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of ZD22 Game after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you should stop using the Platform and request account closure before the change takes effect.
